Introducing PRESS-IN-A-BOX by MULTICYL
Buying and implementing a press can often be time consuming and labor intensive. With Press-In-A-Box (the latest trademark by Multicyl) the process is always fast and easy. It's only a few quick steps from receiving your Multicyl to your first production run!
Multicyl Press-In-A-Box consists of standard pre-engineered components designed for punching applications. It arrives at your door via courier (low shipping costs!) ready to unpack and set up.
Tooling comes pre-installed in the C-Frame. Existing unitized or custom tooling may be installed for increased versatility. Tooling is located with a dowel pin, and held down with a hold down bolt.
Thread the Multicyl cylinder into the C-Frame. The cylinder can be brought down low enough to allow the part to be inserted into the tool, and also eliminate pinch points. Multicyl units can be brought down to 1/4" or less and are fully compliant to OSHA standards.
Thread in the quick exhaust valve to the top of the Multicyl cylinder, attach the air lines to the foot pedal, and tie in air from your shop air.
That's it. It's been a few minutes, and your new Multicyl system is ready to go into production. Not only was the Press-In-A-Box simple to set up, its even easier to use and to change out tooling.
