Pictured here is a mandrel punching station which punched a custom key hole shape into this triangular aluminum extrusion. The custom mandrel was wire cut to match the complicated internal design of the extrusion to ensure accurate hole location.
      STANDARDIZED TUBE PIERCING
Use one of our standard units from our complete line of standard tube piercing solutions for your application. Multicyl Systems allow for an easy "building block" approach - add, subtract, or change stations and tooling with ease. Shown here is a tube piercing solution using four standard TP10 and MC 5-16-20 tube piercing stations. Note that the tooling in our stations can be removed and interchanged with standard unitized tooling - the ultimate in punching versatility.

CUSTOM TUBE PIERCING
Use our engineering team to your advantage. We can design tube pierce tooling to suit your needs. Pictured here is one of our Double Horizontal punching units. In this case the customer had a family of parts to work with - Multicyl designed a quick change mandrel system to allow the operator easy change over.
 FENCE INDUSTRY TOOLING
Mandrel style tooling punches rectangular holes into aluminum tubing.  Depths up to 24" may be punched with this machine which operates in one second.  For a through hole the tube must be rotated 180 degrees for the second hit.  Alternatively a double horizontal punching unit may be employed to punch both holes simultaneously, into a common mandrel.
